Ingredients
  1. 1 Ham (sized to fit your crock pot)
  2. 1 20 oz bottle of Coke
  3. 1 can Pineapple slices in syrup
  4. 1/2 can frozen orange juice from concentrate
  5. 1 box brown sugar
Instructions
  1. 1) Place ham in the crock pot.
  2. 2) Pour Coke, brown sugar, orange juice and pineapple slices and juice onto ham.
  3. 3) Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Notes
  1. One of my co-workers brought this ham to work for a potluck and I loved it. The first time I made it, I used the entire can of frozen orange juice and it was too orangy. You can add more if you want. It sort of depends on the size of your ham and your crock pot.
  2. Great for ham salad sandwiches too. It also freezes well.
